Two Men Face Charges Over Heathrow ‘Pepper Spray’ Assault
Two men have been charged in connection with a luggage theft where a substance thought to be irritant spray caused injuries at London's Heathrow Airport.
Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, have both been charged with two counts of robbery and two counts of deploying a toxic agent, authorities have stated.
This legal action stems from an probe of an assault at the parking structure at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Earlier that day, two women were robbed of their suitcases stolen after exiting a parking garage elevator, authorities reported.
